Jian Guo An Zhu 1# single-component environmentally friendly polyurethane waterproof coating
It is made from isocyanate and polyether polyol as main raw materials, with various auxiliaries and fillers processed by polymerization reaction. When used, it is coated on the waterproof base layer. Through the -NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer contacting with moisture in the air, a chemical reaction occurs, forming a seamless, strongly bonded, elastic, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and tough waterproof coating on the base layer surface.
Jian Guo An Zhu No. 2 Two-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
Component A is a polyurethane prepolymer obtained by the polycondensation reaction of polyether and isocyanate. Component B is a colored liquid composed of plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, accelerator, and filler. When used, components A and B are mixed in a certain proportion, stirred evenly, and then brushed onto the surface to be constructed. After several hours, the reaction solidifies into a waterproof coating that is elastic, tough, and durable.
Jian Guo An Zhu 3# modified polyurea waterproof coating
Component A consists of polyaspartic acid ester resin, colorants, additives, and a small amount of solvent (if necessary). Component B consists of isocyanate monomers or isocyanate prepolymers. When used, components A and B are thoroughly mixed to form a polyurea coating with a certain pot life, ultimately forming a high-performance coating.
