It is made from isocyanate and polyether polyol as main raw materials, with various auxiliaries and fillers processed by polymerization reaction. When used, it is coated on the waterproof base layer. After the -NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer contacts with moisture in the air, a chemical reaction occurs, forming a seamless, strongly bonded, elastic, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and tough waterproof coating on the base layer surface.

Product Features
1.Good water resistance, can be used for waterproof projects in basements and other places that are constantly damp or submerged in water.
2.The coating has rubber-like properties, high elasticity, high strength, and high elongation.
3.The coating is dense, without pinholes, bubbles, and with strong adhesion.
4.Chemical reaction film formation, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and mildew resistance.
5.Good environmental performance, does not contain benzene-based solvents, and has no coal tar components.
Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproof and moisture-proof projects such as basements, subways, swimming pools, kitchens and bathrooms, walls, platforms, non-exposed roofs, tunnels, and bridges.
Construction Points
The waterproof layer should be applied in layers, with an interval of 10-16h between each layer, at least 3 layers. The brushing direction should be perpendicular to each other. People can walk on and construction can resume 48 hours after the waterproof layer is completed.
Precautions
1.After opening the bucket, stir evenly before construction. Unused paint should be covered immediately to prevent solidification.
2.Construction should be carried out above 5℃, and the site should be well ventilated.
3.Smoking is strictly prohibited at the construction site, and fire-fighting equipment should be prepared.
Transportation and Storage
1.During storage and transportation, different categories of products should be stored separately. Keep away from fire sources, avoid sun and rain, prevent collisions, and store in a ventilated place at a temperature of 5℃～40℃.
2.Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is at least 6 months from the date of production.
