Among them, the construction company (Beijing Hongxing Dongsheng Waterproof Construction Co., Ltd.) has Class A professional contracting qualifications for waterproof, anticorrosion and thermal insulation engineering and Class B professional contracting qualifications for building decoration engineering. For more than 30 years, we have been committed to the field of building waterproofing and have established strategic partnerships and long-term supply relationships with well-known enterprises and units such as the State Administration of Organs Affairs (Central Organs), Evergrande, Wanda, Huawei, China Resources, Greentown, Sinograin, Greenland, China Merchants, Cinda, CapitaLand, New China Union, South China City, Tianfang, Central South, Midea, New Hope, Zhengshang, Jianye, and Hengxin. We have undertaken the design and construction of waterproofing projects for major national projects such as the Beijing Olympic venues, the new building of the China Science and Technology Museum, the National Library of China, the National Astronomical Observatory, the Capital Airport, the Shenyang and Jinan All-China Games Villages, the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, Jinan West Railway Station, the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, central government residential buildings, and embassies in Beijing.
From 1989 to 2021, we have become well-known in the industry and served the market with our strong production and manufacturing capabilities. We have six major production bases in Fangshan, Beijing; Wangdu, North China; Huojia, Central China; Guangde, East China; Hezhou, South China; and Tongnan, Southwest China, covering an area of more than 520 mu. We are equipped with a materials research institute, a quality inspection center, and an application technology research center. We have more than 50 international and domestic advanced production lines for asphalt-based membrane materials, polymer sheet materials, and coatings. The annual production capacity of asphalt membrane materials is 280 million ㎡, the annual production capacity of polymer membrane materials is 65 million ㎡, and the annual production capacity of coatings is 380,000 tons. We have formed hundreds of products in three series covering 98% of the industry categories, which can meet the needs of various types of projects. We have ten core operation centers in Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Handan, Jinan, Zhengzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, and Guangxi, and sales and service agencies nationwide to provide timely and professional after-sales service to the terminal market.
