Component A consists of polyaspartic ester resin, colorants, auxiliaries, and a small amount of solvent (if necessary), while Component B consists of isocyanate monomers or isocyanate prepolymers. When used, Components A and B are thoroughly mixed to form a polyurea coating with a certain operable time, ultimately forming a high-performance coating.

Product Features
1. Environmental Protection: Due to the low viscosity of the polyaspartic ester resin, a solvent-free waterproof coating can be produced.
2. High Strength: The waterproof coating strength is adjustable from 4 MPa to 30 MPa.
3. High Elongation: The elongation at break is adjustable from 200% to 800%.
4. High Hardness: The hardness is adjustable between Shore A 30 and 90.
5. High Abrasion Resistance: Abrasion resistance of 750g/1000r ≤ 30mg.
6. Low-Temperature Rapid Curing: The coating can be uniformly cross-linked from the inside out simultaneously, without affecting the curing speed even with thick application or low temperatures.
7. Good Adhesion to Substrates: It exhibits good adhesion to concrete, glass, tiles, metal, stainless steel, and other substrates. It is one of the waterproof materials with excellent bonding performance.
8. Strong UV Resistance: The topcoat has an artificial climate accelerated aging time of 1500-2000h. It can be made into a variety of colors of aliphatic polyurea waterproof topcoats, used for beautifying roofs and water parks, etc.
9. Convenient Construction: It can be applied manually by brushing, scraping, rolling, or airless spraying.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, different types and specifications of products should be stored separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun exposure and rain, prevent collisions, prevent proximity to fire sources, and ensure ventilation. The storage temperature should be 5℃～40℃.
2. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is not less than 6 months from the date of production.
