1989: Beijing Weigezhuang Waterproof Building Materials Factory was established, mainly producing asphalt oil paste, cold primer, and asphalt waterproof membrane.

1990: The company completed and put into operation the asphalt felt production workshop.

1994: The company completed and put into operation the waterproof oil paste production workshop.

1998: The first modified asphalt waterproof membrane production line was put into operation.

2001: The Fangshan production base was built, making it a medium-sized professional manufacturer of waterproof materials.

2002: Polymer modified asphalt waterproof membrane was designated as the company's leading product, and the market was expanded, developing a large number of distributors and partners.

2004: The company was officially renamed Beijing Jianguo Weiye Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd.

2005: The production and sales volume of polymer modified asphalt waterproof membrane increased from 2 million square meters to 8 million square meters, and the company entered the ranks of mainstream manufacturers.

2008: The company introduced and put into operation polymer membrane production lines and sheet production lines.

2009: The company introduced and put into operation modern production lines for high-polymer waterproof membranes and self-adhesive waterproof membranes.

2010: Sales revenue exceeded 500 million yuan.

2011: The new Central China production base was put into operation.

2012: Production and sales reached 30 million square meters of waterproof membranes and 50,000 tons of coatings.

2013: The company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.

2014: Construction of a new North China production base began.

2015: The North China production base was put into operation.

2016: The South China production base officially began production.

2017: Expansion of the Southwest production base.

2018: The company's organizational and operational model transitioned to a group structure.

2019: The Central China production base's expansion and renovation were completed and put into operation.

Prospect period

2020-2030

By the end of 2020, the national production base layout will be completed, with an annual production capacity of 200 million square meters of modified asphalt waterproof membrane, 200 million square meters of waterproof membrane (sheet material), and 100,000 tons of waterproof coatings. 80% of the provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide will be covered within an 8-hour delivery radius. The number of service outlets will increase to 600, and the overall strength will rank among the top four in China's building waterproofing industry.
