Product Features

Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproof projects on directly exposed metal roofs such as color steel roofs; it can also be used for other roof systems such as concrete roofs and aged asphalt roofs.
Construction Points
1. Substrate treatment: The substrate should be flat, free of floating dust, oil stains, rust, and standing water. Consolidate loose parts and grind rusted areas. When used on severely rusted or damaged color steel roofs or concrete roofs, a primer must be used.
2. Construction of detailed additional waterproof layers: Use high-pressure airless spraying, roller coating, or brush coating. Reinforce detailed nodes such as expansion joints, drainage pipes, and overlapping areas with a reinforced layer, using a “one cloth, two coats” method, embedding the reinforced polyester cloth into the coating for reinforcement, ensuring the waterproof coating fully penetrates the fabric layer. There should be no wrinkles or curled edges.
3. Construction of the main waterproof coating: The main waterproof coating should be applied in 2-3 coats. After the first coat is dry, apply the second coat. The interval between coatings is generally 12 hours. Extend the drying time appropriately in low-temperature environments. The thickness of each coat should be around 0.5mm. Do not apply too thick a coat at once. The coating direction should be perpendicular, applied evenly, and without omissions.
3. Main surface waterproof coating construction: The main surface waterproof coating should be applied in 2-3 coats. The second coat should be applied after the first coat is completely dry. The interval between each coat is generally 12 hours. In low-temperature environments, the drying time should be extended appropriately. Each coat should be approximately 0.5mm thick. Avoid applying too thick a coat at once. The coating direction should be mutually perpendicular, ensuring even application and no omissions.

Precautions
1. Construction temperature: 5℃～35℃, relative humidity below 85%, no rain, snow, or winds above level 5 one day before and after construction.
2. There may be slight stratification before opening the bucket for construction. Stir well before use, no need to add water. After opening and using, the unused portion should be sealed to prevent contamination and drying.
3. Wear protective equipment during construction. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water. Clean tools with tap water immediately after construction.
4. Do not walk on the waterproof layer before it is completely dry, and pay attention to protecting it from damage.
5. This product should not be mixed with other coatings.
Transportation and Storage
1. This product is not flammable or explosive and should be transported as general cargo. During transportation, protect it from freezing, rain, sun exposure, squeezing, and collisions. The product packaging should remain intact.
2. During storage, ensure ventilation and dryness, and prevent direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
3. From the date of production, the shelf life of the product should not be less than 6 months. After the shelf life expires, the product should be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. Products that meet the requirements after inspection can still be used.
