  • Hardened floor is a concrete sealing, dustproof, wear-resistant hardener that fundamentally solves the problems of shelling, hollowing, cracking, falling off, pulverization, and short service life of cement floors, terrazzo floors, and epoxy floors.

    By effectively penetrating deep into the concrete and reacting with the free calcium components in the concrete to form a network structure in the pores of the concrete, the structure of the concrete becomes more dense and solid, and the capillaries are effectively sealed, permanently preventing concrete dust from being precipitated from the surface gaps. This results in a dust-free, dense, high-strength, high-wear-resistant concrete floor with a marble-like luster. The gloss improves with use, and the lifespan can reach more than 20 years, making it recognized as the longest-lasting flooring product. After treatment, the floor exhibits an attractive, waxed-like sheen, and the appearance improves with continued use. Users essentially perform polishing unconsciously, making cleaning very simple. The increased density effectively prevents external pollutants from entering the concrete, thus avoiding the disadvantages of concrete such as bulging, peeling, and micro-cracks, improving and extending the life of the concrete.

    Applicable Objects

    ◆ Suitable for various new concrete floor treatments that require dust-free, enhanced overall compressive strength, impermeability, hardness, wear resistance, and a bright surface.

    ◆ Suitable for secondary treatment of various old concrete (cement mortar) floors, terrazzo floors, and diamond-abrasive wear-resistant floors that are prone to dusting and sanding. After treatment, the floor significantly improves the strength, hardness, and surface density (impermeability) of the old floor, achieving dust-free, easy-to-clean effects.

    ◆ Suitable for places with extremely high wear resistance requirements, such as concrete floors in various workshops, hardened aggregate floors, parking lots, bridges, roads, highways, airports, large warehouse-style shopping malls, and other concrete floors, and areas with particularly frequent traffic.

    Construction Points

    ◆ Concrete pouring requirements: The strength design of the concrete floor requires ≥C30, and the error of the 2-meter straightedge is ≤ 3mm.

    ◆ Clean the floor: For newly poured concrete, use a trowel machine to smooth and compact it. It should be cured for at least 15 days before grinding and removing surface alkali and floating dust. For old concrete floors or diamond-abrasive hardener floors, remove surface oil stains, coatings, and loose structures that affect penetration, and then thoroughly sweep the floor.

    ◆ For overly dry old floors, use clean water to thoroughly wet the concrete surface.

    ◆ Use concrete sealing and hardening agent dry powder at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 with water, evenly sprinkling it on the ground. During this process, ensure that all surfaces are evenly soaked with the material.

    ◆ When the temperature is high, the surface hardener becomes viscous quickly due to water evaporation. A small amount of water can be sprayed to dilute the thickened hardener, but the amount should not be excessive.

    ◆ After completing the above steps, proceed to grinding. You can use 50# to 3000# water-grinding discs for cyclical grinding, soaking the material each time according to the site conditions.

    ◆ Maintenance: The floor can be opened for pedestrian traffic after 24 hours of drying, and normal use should be resumed after seven days of curing. The effective components of the penetrating hardener gradually react with the cement. Frequent cleaning of the floor with a wet mop can promote the continued reaction of the gel that penetrates into the concrete, allowing for earlier attainment of strength and gloss.

    ◆ Polishing: The finished floor will become increasingly bright with frequent use and friction. It can also be mechanically polished immediately after completion to achieve a certain degree of gloss.

     

    Precautions

    ◆ Old floors should first remove surface coatings (such as wax layers, curing agents, resin coatings, etc.) and oil stains. This product is not suitable for floors with heavy oil stains.

    ◆ Construction temperature: 2℃ < floor temperature < 50℃

    ◆ Seal the plastic bucket, store above 0℃, unlimited storage period. If there is turbidity, shake well before use.

    ◆ During transportation, check whether the packaging is intact and sealed. In case of leakage, rinse with plenty of water.

    ◆ If swallowed, immediately drink plenty of warm water to induce vomiting and seek medical attention. If it comes into contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with water or seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
