The WJG-500 protective siphon drainage collection system is a multi-functional system developed and produced by Jianguo Weiye Group, featuring roof and garage roof planting, greening protection, drainage, and rainwater collection for reuse. The system mainly consists of plastic protective drainage boards, non-woven fabric filter layers, siphon drainage channels, water storage tanks (rainwater storage modules), bonding strips, and breathable observation wells.
The protective siphon drainage collection system organizes and collects surface water and infiltrated water from the planted roof, achieving the purpose of recycling. It accelerates the discharge of excess infiltrated water from the soil layer, reduces water pressure on the roof and garage roof, alleviates leakage, and provides a more favorable aerobic environment for the normal growth of plant roots.
The protective siphon drainage collection system is an important component of the building's water supply and drainage system. Its task is to promptly remove rainwater and snowmelt from the building's roof, preventing roof water accumulation from threatening the roof or causing waterlogging incidents such as rainwater overflow and roof leaks, ensuring normal life and production activities. System Working Principle
◆ Rainwater or irrigation water permeates through the soil layer to the plastic protective drainage board on the garage roof.
◆ Flows into the dedicated siphon drainage channel on the garage roof.
◆ Gravity flow and siphon effects are generated through vertically arranged siphon drainage pipes around the garage, flowing into the sedimentation observation well.
◆ After sedimentation, the clear water above flows into the water storage tank.
◆ The clear water in the water storage tank is reused or discharged into the rainwater pipe network. This transforms the previous passive drainage into active drainage, truly achieving zero slope and organized drainage.
