  • WJG-810 spray polyurethane elastomeric waterproof coating is an elastomeric waterproof coating formed by mixing and reacting two components, an isocyanate compound (referred to as component A) and an amine compound (referred to as component B), using a spray application process.

    Components A and B are conveyed to the spray gun by metering pumps through imported special spray equipment, and after rapid mixing, they are sprayed onto the substrate surface and quickly react and solidify into an elastic and tough waterproof, anticorrosion, and wear-resistant coating.

    Component A is an isocyanate monomer, polymer, derivative, prepolymer, or semi-prepolymer. Prepolymers or semi-prepolymers are prepared by the reaction of end-amino or end-hydroxy compounds with isocyanates. Isocyanates can be either aromatic or aliphatic.

    When component B is composed of end-amino resins and amino chain extenders, it is usually called spray (pure) polyurethane waterproof coating; when component B is composed of end-hydroxy resins and amino chain extenders, it is usually called spray polyurethane (urea) waterproof coating.

    As a new coating material, polyurethane has completely changed the previous understanding of coatings. Because no other coating material can withstand a heavy hammer blow and the most severe wear, while also having sufficient flexibility, the coating will not crack even when significant expansion and contraction causes concrete cracking or steel structure deformation, and it can still completely cover the entire workpiece surface even under abnormal conditions such as pipeline protrusion and subsidence. These excellent properties ensure the longevity and reliability of polyurethane in engineering applications, and its service life of 50-70 years highlights its extremely high cost-effectiveness.

    Product Features
