WJG-820 spray polyurethane foam insulation is a high-tech, new type of waterproof, heat-insulating material. It is made from isocyanate (commonly known as black material) and polyether polyol (commonly known as white material) as main raw materials. With the help of various additives such as blowing agents, catalysts, flame retardants, and antioxidants, it is uniformly mixed using specialized equipment and then foamed on-site through high-pressure spray application.   • WJG-820 spray polyurethane foam insulation material uses isocyanate (commonly known as black material) and polyether polyol (commonly known as white material) as the main raw materials. With the help of various additives such as foaming agents, catalysts, flame retardants, and anti-aging agents, it is uniformly mixed through special equipment and formed by high-pressure spray application and on-site foaming. It is a rigid high-molecular polymer foam plastic with heat insulation and waterproof functions, and is a high-tech new type of waterproof, heat-insulating, and heat-preserving material.

    Polyurethane foam insulation materials have been widely promoted and applied in the wall insulation projects of numerous buildings in China. This type of material, with its non-water-absorbing and waterproof functions, as well as excellent insulation properties, has become an indispensable new type of system insulation product in the current building energy-saving market. It can replace traditional waterproof and insulation layers and is widely used in roof and wall insulation.

    The spray polyurethane foam insulation system consists of a polyurethane moisture-proof primer layer, an on-site spray-formed rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, a polyurethane interface mortar layer, a fire-resistant and breathable filter layer of glue powder polystyrene particles, a crack-resistant protective layer, and a decorative layer.

    Product Features

    ◆ Good insulation effect

    The product is an excellent insulation material, with a thermal conductivity of 0.022~0.027W/M.K. The sprayed rigid polyurethane has high bonding strength with general wall materials, requiring no adhesive. It is a natural adhesive material that can form a continuous insulation layer, ensuring the integrity of the insulation material and the wall and effectively blocking thermal bridges.

    ◆ Outstanding fire performance

    After adding a flame retardant, polyurethane is a flame-retardant and self-extinguishing material. The surface of the polyurethane and the sides of doors and windows are all tightly wrapped with glue powder polystyrene particle slurry with a combustion performance grade of B1. When exposed to fire and heat, the heat transfer to the inside is slow and less, and the heat is concentrated on the surface of the glue powder polystyrene particle slurry layer, which helps to improve the fire resistance of the insulation layer.

    ◆ No cavity structure, strong wind pressure resistance

    The sprayed rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer is firmly bonded to the base wall, forming an organic whole with the base wall. There are no seams or cavities, reducing the damage caused by wind pressure, especially negative wind pressure, to the exterior wall exterior insulation system of high-rise buildings.

    ◆ Excellent moisture-proof performance

    The product has excellent waterproof performance and can effectively block water penetration, keeping the wall in a good and stable heat insulation condition. The polyurethane moisture-proof primer used has moisture-proof and waterproof breathable functions. It is particularly effective in humid rainy seasons, when the base new wall is not completely air-dried after completion, and when there are water flow cracks in the base wall. It can also effectively prevent the influence of residual floating ash on the adhesion of the protective layer on the base wall surface.

    ◆ Firm bonding with adjacent structures

    The polyurethane interface mortar is made by compounding a high-polymer emulsion with an appropriate amount of inorganic cementitious materials. The interface mortar has good bonding effects on both the surface of the rigid polyurethane foam and the inorganic plastering materials.

    The physical and mechanical properties of the product meet the requirements of JC/T998-2006 "Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation Materials" standard.

    Scope of Application

    The product is widely used in building roof and wall insulation; heat insulation and cold preservation of large storage tanks and cold storage; or heat insulation of buildings, ships, air-conditioned buses, chemical equipment, etc., below 120℃.
