WJG-871 chlorinated polyethylene waterproof membrane is a waterproof membrane made mainly from special polymer material chlorinated polyethylene (CPE).

◆ The surface of the waterproof membrane should be free of bubbles, scars, cracks, adhesion and holes.
◆ The top surface of the N-type waterproof membrane is embossed into a grid pattern to enhance the bonding strength between the waterproof membrane and the concrete. The specifications of the grid pattern are: embossing height 0.1±0.02mm, 25~30 pieces/cm2.
◆ L-type waterproof membrane should be double-sided hot-melt composite non-woven fabric, the width of the non-woven fabric not composite at the lap joint is not more than 80 mm.

The physical and mechanical properties of the product shall meet the requirements of "Technical Conditions for Waterproofing Layer of Railway Concrete Bridge Deck" (TB/T2965-2011).
