WJG-872 high-speed rail polyurethane waterproof coating is a two-component reaction-cured synthetic polymer waterproof coating. Component A is a polyurethane prepolymer obtained by polycondensation of polyether and isocyanate. Component B is a colored liquid composed of plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, accelerator, and filler. When used, components A and B are mixed in a certain proportion, stirred evenly, and then brushed onto the surface to be constructed. After several hours, it reacts and solidifies into a waterproof coating with elasticity, toughness, and durability. The color is any color other than black.

The product is divided into two types: waterproof coating for bonding waterproof membrane and waterproof coating for direct use as a waterproof layer.

Application Range
Mainly applicable to bridge deck waterproofing of high-speed railways with speeds above 200 kilometers per hour. It can also be used for important water conservancy projects such as dams, dykes, spillways, and canals. It can also be used for waterproofing, anticorrosion, and moisture-proofing of underground spaces, subways, non-exposed areas, floors, swimming pools, tunnels, highway bridges, overpasses, and other building and municipal engineering projects.
Physical and Mechanical Properties
The physical and mechanical properties of the product shall meet the requirements of "Technical Conditions for Concrete Bridge Deck Waterproofing Layer of Railways" (TB/T2965-2011).
Construction Methods
Spraying or brushing method is used for construction.
