WJG-980 polymer self-adhesive waterproof membrane is a new generation of waterproof membrane that can firmly bond with post-cast concrete structures, developed using advanced domestic and international technologies. It uses a specially formulated, high-performance polymer membrane as the main waterproof layer. The surface of the main waterproof layer is covered with a pressure-sensitive polymer self-adhesive (butyl rubber), an anti-environmental change protective layer, or a separating membrane (paper). A 70mm wide self-adhesive lap joint (when covered with an anti-environmental change protective layer) is provided on one side of the long edge of the membrane. After the pressure-sensitive polymer self-adhesive (butyl rubber) penetrates the anti-environmental change protective layer and reacts and solidifies with the liquid concrete, it forms a seamless bond between the waterproof layer and the concrete structure, eliminating water leakage risks and effectively improving the waterproof effect of the system.
Products are divided into plastic (P type) and rubber (R type) according to the main material.

◆ New bonding technology: The cement slurry during concrete pouring and the special polymer self-adhesive wet curing reaction bonding of the membrane bonding layer form a permanent organic bond between the membrane and the structural concrete layer, eliminating water leakage risks; even if the membrane is partially damaged, it will limit the water to a very small area, greatly improving the reliability of the waterproof layer;
◆ Pre-laying method construction, the waterproof membrane is laid loosely on the base layer, unaffected by the settlement and deformation of the base layer;
◆ Excellent impact resistance and puncture resistance, it can withstand the construction load directly acting on it without extra protection;
◆ The polymer self-adhesive film has strong self-healing properties, and has a unique self-healing ability for minor construction damage;
◆ The anti-environmental change protective layer of the membrane can prevent the polymer self-adhesive film layer from being polluted by dust and sand, ensuring bonding effect.
◆ Strong chemical corrosion resistance, good resistance to alkaline water from concrete, unaffected by domestic waste and biological damage, mildew-proof, and corrosion-resistant;
◆ Pre-laying method construction, no leveling layer is required, low requirements for the base layer, unaffected by weather and base layer moisture, it has unique and obvious advantages for rainy season construction and rush work projects;
◆ The non-woven fabric on the back of the product can prevent damage to the material caused by defects in the base layer.
