The HCS-3000 Jianguo Red waterproof membrane series is a new type of high-performance polymer membrane-based pre-laid waterproof membrane developed by Jianguo Weiye based on years of accumulated waterproof technology and experience, using a composite waterproof principle, combining asphalt-based and non-asphalt-based materials.

Product Features
◆ Pre-laid and bonded to prevent water seepage. The waterproof layer and the post-cast concrete structural layer form a tight bond, completely eliminating the risk of water seepage.
◆ Excellent physical properties and deformation resistance. Using multi-layer high-strength cross-laid film as the core material, it has high elongation at break, high tensile strength, and strong resistance to structural deformation.
◆ Soft material and convenient construction. The multi-layer laminated high-strength cross-laid film is thin and soft, easy to adhere to details such as corners, and convenient for construction, with excellent overall application performance.
◆ Novel structure and reliable lapping. Any cutting of the roll can achieve "adhesive layer to adhesive layer bonding", making lapping convenient and reliable.
◆ Stable size and no deformation. The material has good thermal stability, low dimensional change rate, and is not prone to blistering, wrinkling, or deformation under sun exposure.
◆ Short construction period, low cost, and environmentally friendly. Pre-laid construction, low requirements for the base surface, no need for a protective layer, short construction period, low cost, no open flame, green energy saving and environmental protection.
