WJG-322 two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a two-component reaction-cured synthetic polymer waterproof coating. Component A is a polyurethane prepolymer obtained by polycondensation of polyether and isocyanate. Component B is a colored liquid composed of plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, accelerator, and filler. When used, components A and B are mixed in a certain proportion, stirred evenly, and then brushed onto the surface to be constructed. After several hours, it reacts and solidifies into a waterproof coating film that is elastic, tough, and durable.
Product Classification
◆ Products are classified into Type Ⅰ, Type Ⅱ, and Type Ⅲ according to their basic performance.
◆ Products are classified into exposed (E) and non-exposed (N) according to whether they are used for exposure.
◆ Products are classified into Class A and Class B according to the limit of harmful substances.
Product Features
◆ Good water resistance, suitable for waterproof projects in basements and other places that are constantly wet or submerged in water.
◆ The coating has rubber-like properties, high elasticity, high strength, and high elongation.
◆ The coating is dense, without pinholes, bubbles, and has strong adhesion.
◆ Chemical reaction film formation, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and mildew resistance.
◆ Good environmental performance, contains no benzene solvents, and no coal tar components.
◆ Suitable for waterproof construction of complex structures, with strong bonding strength to substrates (such as concrete, stone, wood, metal, etc.).
Implementation Standard
The physical and mechanical properties and environmental protection performance of the product meet the requirements of GB/T 19250-2013 "Polyurethane Waterproof Coating" standard.
Application Scope
Suitable for waterproof and moisture-proof projects such as basements, subways, swimming pools, kitchens and bathrooms, walls, platforms, non-exposed roofs, tunnels, and bridges. Type Ⅰ products can be used for industrial and civil construction projects. Type Ⅱ products can be used for non-traffic areas such as bridges. Type Ⅲ products can be used for exposed traffic areas such as bridges, parking lots, and accessible roofs.
Construction Method
Spraying or coating (brushing) method is used for construction.
