WJG-323 environmentally friendly white one-component polyurethane waterproof coating is made from isocyanate and polyether polyol as main raw materials, with various auxiliaries and fillers processed and polymerized. When used, it is coated on the waterproof base layer. After the -NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer contacts with moisture in the air, a chemical reaction occurs, forming a seamless, strongly bonded, elastic, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and tough rubber waterproof coating on the surface of the base layer.
Product Features
◆ The product is white in appearance, free of colorants, heavy metals, and harmful substances. The limit of harmful substances is far higher than the national and industry limit of harmful substances Class A index, making it green and environmentally friendly.
◆ The coating is safe and healthy during production, construction, and use. After brushing, it solidifies into a high-performance pure rubber membrane, which can be used for drinking water pool waterproofing.
◆ The coating has a high solid content. Under the same conditions, compared with waterproof coatings with lower solid content, the amount of coating used per unit film thickness is less.
