WJG-331 Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating (referred to as JS waterproof coating) is a two-component water-based waterproof coating made from acrylic esters, ethylene-vinyl ester polymers and cement as main raw materials, with fillers and other adjuvants added, and cured into a film through water evaporation and cement hydration reaction.
Product Classification
The physical and mechanical properties of the product are classified into Type I, Type II, and Type III.
Implementation Standard
The physical and mechanical properties of the product meet the requirements of GB/T23445-2009 "Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating" standard.
Product Features
◆ This product combines the advantages of high strength of cement-based cementitious materials, easy bonding with damp substrates, and high elasticity and good waterproofness of polymer coatings.
◆ The product is a water-based coating, non-toxic, harmless, and pollution-free, belonging to an environmentally friendly coating.
◆ The product can be constructed on damp substrates without standing water, dries quickly, bonds firmly, has strong adaptability to the substrate, and is easy to operate in irregular parts.
◆ The product has high elongation at break (elasticity) and tensile strength, high strength, flexibility, seamlessness, and good integrity.
◆ The product has good water resistance, alkali resistance, and strong UV resistance, long service life, and excellent weather resistance and aging resistance.
◆ The product is breathable but waterproof, has strong adhesion and good bonding performance, no blistering, and is suitable for various building climatic zones in China.
◆ The product is cold-applied, wet-workable, easy to construct, and shortens the construction period.
Application Scope
Suitable for waterproofing, leakage prevention, and moisture prevention of toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, balconies, etc. It can also be used as one layer in multi-layer waterproofing for Type I and Type II roofs. Type I products are suitable for substrates with relatively large movement and building waterproofing projects in non-long-term submerged environments. Type II and Type III products are suitable for substrates with relatively small movement, waterproof construction on the facing and back surfaces, and when used in parts that are submerged for a long time, their water resistance should meet the relevant standards.
Construction Methods
Spraying or coating (brushing) methods are used for construction.
