WJG-361 cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating is a powdery rigid waterproof material made from special cement, various high-quality adjuvants and fillers as base materials, and incorporating multiple active chemical substances through a special process. After reacting with water, the active chemical substances in the material penetrate into the concrete through the water carrier, forming water-insoluble crystals in the concrete, blocking the capillary channels inside the concrete, thus making the concrete dense and achieving long-term waterproofing.
Product Features
◆ Non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free, it is an ideal material for waterproofing reservoirs, canals, drinking water pools, and other projects.
◆ It has ultra-strong penetration ability, capable of penetrating more than 5cm below the concrete surface.
◆ It has an automatic repair function for micro-cracks in the concrete that do not exceed 0.4mm, and can quickly seal cracks below 0.4mm. The automatic repair function is reactivated in the presence of water.
◆ It can be directly combined with water, mixed into a coating, and directly applied to the concrete surface; it can also be dry-powdered on the surface of unsolidified concrete, pressed in, and smoothed.
◆ The waterproof layer is resistant to bumps and can withstand a certain amount of external force.
◆ Construction can be carried out on the back surface.
◆ The product is easy to construct and operate.
Implementation Standards
The physical and mechanical properties of the cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating meet the requirements of GB18445-2012 "Cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof materials" standard.
Scope of Application
The product is suitable for waterproofing and protection of concrete structures in underground projects, subways and culverts, as well as water conservancy projects such as reservoirs, canals, dams, and water pools in industrial and civil buildings.
Construction Methods
Construction is carried out using brushing, dry sprinkling, and mixing methods.
