WJG-370 Spray-applied Rapid-Setting Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating is developed using advanced American technology. It employs a special process combining ultra-fine suspended micro-emulsion anionic modified emulsified asphalt and synthetic polymer (Component A) with a special film-forming agent (Component B) to create a high-elastic waterproof, anticorrosion, anti-seepage, and protective coating with rapid curing. Using specialized on-site equipment and a custom-designed dual-hose high-pressure spray gun, the A and B components are mixed and reacted in the correct proportions outside the spray gun under normal temperature and high-pressure fan-shaped spraying. This creates a dense, continuous, and complete waterproof coating with extremely high elongation, ultra-high elasticity, and excellent durability, achieving true "skin-like" waterproofing. It is a convenient, time-saving, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly product that systematically solves waterproofing problems. This product effectively combines the excellent performance of waterproof materials with scientific construction technology, systematically addressing seepage problems in waterproofing projects and ensuring waterproofing project quality.

◆ The elastic coating has an elongation rate exceeding 1000%, with a recovery rate of over 90%. This effectively addresses seepage and corrosion issues caused by stress deformation, expansion cracking, punctures, or poor connections in various waterproof materials.
◆ The coating perfectly encapsulates the substrate, achieving a seamless connection between the coating and the substrate. This makes construction simpler and more reliable for irregularly shaped or complex substrates. It possesses non-seepage and non-peeling properties that are difficult to achieve with rolled materials, realizing true "skin-like" waterproofing.
◆ Excellent aging resistance and chemical resistance.
◆ Low-temperature flexibility reaches -25℃, suitable for waterproofing projects in high-cold regions. High-temperature resistance reaches 140℃, suitable for waterproofing projects on roads and bridges.
◆ This product achieves a B2-level flame retardant performance, aligning with national industrial policy guidelines.
◆ Instantaneous molding after spraying. Using professional spraying equipment significantly reduces construction costs and labor, greatly shortening construction time. One spraying unit with two spray guns can complete over 1500 square meters of work per day.
◆ It adheres well to various materials such as concrete, wood, metal, and glass without delamination, peeling, or falling off.
