◆ Permanent Creep Performance Coating
The permanent creep performance of the product can adapt to the expansion and contraction or cracking deformation of the base layer, absorb stress from the base layer, protect the waterproof layer from damage, and actively and effectively seal micro-cracks in the base layer, improving the reliability and extending the life of the waterproof layer.
◆ Excellent Bonding Performance Waterproof Material
The product incorporates high-performance elastomers, active ion-containing liquid tackifying resins, and special stabilizers. This improves the intrinsic cohesive strength of the modified asphalt and its bonding strength to the substrate, resulting in excellent bonding performance; it reduces surface tension and improves affinity for the substrate surface, ensuring good bonding with the substrate; it provides the product with good thermal stability, chemical stability, and UV resistance, ensuring that the bonding performance is not affected by the external environment.
◆ Excellent Self-Healing Properties
The product is immediately adhesive upon contact. When external stress is applied, it can immediately deform, and holes can self-heal, resulting in excellent watertightness and forming a continuous, integral, sealed waterproof layer. Even if the waterproof layer is damaged, it can repair itself, effectively solving the problem of water seepage and maintaining the integrity and continuity of the waterproof layer.
◆ Excellent Chemical Corrosion Resistance and Aging Resistance
The product has excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and aging. It contains no volatile solvents, and its performance is stable. After immersion tests in acid, alkali, and salt media, the performance remains above 98%, and after thermal aging, the performance remains above 95%.
◆ Excellent Environmental Performance
The raw materials used in the product are stable in performance, non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free. The production and construction processes are pollution-free and odorless, complying with relevant national energy conservation, environmental protection, and emission reduction policies.
