Product Features
1. It has a certain strength and good elasticity, and can effectively solve water leakage and re-leakage caused by deformation, expansion joints, and other structural cracks.
2. It can quickly cure when encountering water, the curing is not sensitive to temperature, and there is no shrinkage afterwards, maintaining long-term stability.
3. It has excellent bonding performance, waterproof performance, chemical corrosion resistance, and is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
4. Single-component, ready-to-use, no need for mixing, construction at room temperature, simple operation, no special equipment required.
Scope of Application
Suitable for building construction, public buildings, civil engineering projects, underground engineering, subways, tunnels, pipe galleries, and all concrete structural joints and structural cracks that leak in grouting and sealing.
Construction Points
1. Drill holes at 45° on both sides of the crack, and the drilling depth should pass through the crack;
2. Clean the seam, clean the surrounding and the debris in the crack to ensure that the gap is clean and free of foreign objects and dust; pre-embed the grouting needle, with a spacing of 10cm～15cm, and add a grouting needle at the intersection of the cracks at a 45° angle;
3. Water stop and grouting reinforcement, continue to press for 2～3 seconds after the next grouting needle emerges.
4. After the crack emerges, clean it with a spatula, and remove the nails the next day. Larger needle holes need to be sealed with a leak-sealing agent;
Precautions
1. This product is a single-component product. Please shake well before opening and using. After pouring out the required amount, please immediately cover the bucket and seal it to prevent the material in the bucket from getting damp. Please use it up as soon as possible after opening;
2. For small cracks, this can be solved by reducing the concentration to increase the fluidity of the grouting polyurea, such as adding an appropriate amount of environmentally friendly solvent and stirring evenly;
3. To ensure the effect of leak prevention, it is recommended to grout by combining oblique holes and straight holes (riding seam holes) along the crack, and pay attention to the hole spacing and angle. It is best to blow out the ash slag in the hole, and the entire crack should emerge without opening the groove. The drainage pipes of the construction seam and deformation seam should all emerge, and the grouting must be full to avoid insufficient grouting leading to later leakage.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun and rain, prevent collisions, prevent proximity to fire sources, and pay attention to ventilation. The storage temperature should be 5℃～35℃.
2. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 9 months from the date of production.
