Tile hollowing repair fluid is a special adhesive specifically designed for repairing hollowing problems in tiles. Construction Points
1. Use a syringe or funnel to inject the hollowing adhesive from the tile gap until the cavity is filled and the adhesive begins to flow out.
2. Try to press the tiles by hand to ensure good contact with the bottom layer, ensuring uniform distribution of the adhesive and consistent flatness between the tiles.
3. Use a cloth or scraper to clean up the overflowing hollowing adhesive to keep the tile surface clean.
4. Wait for the curing time, usually more than 24 hours. During this period, avoid walking or placing heavy objects in the construction area.
Precautions
1. During construction and curing, the temperature must not be lower than 5℃.
2. Outflowing or overflowing adhesive should be treated promptly before curing; cleaning after curing will be relatively difficult.
Transportation and Storage
1. The original sealed product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, with a storage temperature of 5℃～35℃. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened products is one year.
2. This product is not flammable or explosive and can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, pay attention to preventing freezing, rain, sun exposure, and avoid pressure and collisions, keeping the packaging intact.
