Scope of Application
Suitable for repairing and strengthening the concrete cement substrate that is not firm and in poor condition.
Construction Points
1. Substrate treatment: All substrate surfaces should be clean, stable, free of oil stains, wax stains, concrete curing agents, and other loose materials.
2. For loose substrate interface treatment: No water needs to be added; it is ready to use directly from the bucket. Use a roller or brush to evenly apply 1-2 coats to the loose substrate. Spraying can also be used. After it is completely dry, the next process can be carried out. (If the substrate condition is good, there is no obvious powdering or it is a relatively dense substrate, it needs to be mixed with water at a ratio of 1:1 for construction).
Precautions
1. The temperature during construction should be between 5℃ and 35℃;
2. Sedimentation and stratification during storage are normal phenomena. Stir well before use;
3. Not suitable for substrates with very low strength of more than 5mm, to avoid the penetration depth not reaching the required level, resulting in failure to consolidate.
4. Unused materials should be sealed and stored after opening;
5. This product may cause skin allergies. Protective measures should be taken during use;
6. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water. If any discomfort occurs, seek medical attention immediately.
Transportation and Storage
1. The product should be protected from damage during transportation. When storing the product, keep it ventilated, protect it from freezing, and prevent direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
2. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
