It is a high-tech, environmentally friendly, non-toxic polycarbonate active silica, sprayed onto the concrete surface. It reacts chemically with the free alkali in the concrete to form a stable, vine-like crystalline colloid, which effectively blocks the capillary pores inside the concrete, making the concrete structure have a lasting waterproof function and better density and compressive strength. The penetration depth is 20～50mm, and it can also effectively prevent the erosion of concrete by acidic substances, oil stains, and engine oil.
Product Features
1. Maintains hydrostatic pressure to prevent concrete leakage, dampness, and deformation.

Application Scope
Suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing of concrete surfaces, red brick surfaces, porcelain and ceramic tile surfaces, marble, granite, magnesia, gypsum products, wood, cultural relics, etc., in national defense, industrial, and civil buildings. Its effect is remarkable.
Construction Points
1. Substrate treatment: Remove dirt, oil stains, scale, and loose material from the substrate to achieve a solid and flat substrate.
2. Substrate surface humidity requirements: For concrete under normal use or newly constructed concrete, it is advisable to moisten the substrate with clean water first. However, there should be no standing water before construction.
3. Take the original solution and accurately measure the low-pressure spraying according to the dosage requirements. Diluting with water is strictly prohibited. Stir the solution evenly until it foams before use. If frozen, wait until it is completely thawed before use.
4. Only one application is needed to achieve waterproofing requirements. If a second application is needed, it can be carried out 24 hours after the completion of the previous application. During the spraying process, ensure the substrate is wet and saturated according to the absorption of the concrete or cement mortar surface, without dripping.
5. Use low-pressure spraying equipment for construction; vertical surfaces should be constructed from the bottom up.
6. Curing: After construction, keep the substrate moist and free from rain for 5～24 hours. If there are any floating objects on the surface, rinse them with clean water after the curing period.
Precautions
If it rains within 1 hour after construction, appropriate re-spraying should be done; do not soak in water within 24 hours.
Transportation and Storage
1. This product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and water-based liquid. Avoid heavy pressure to prevent damage. General transportation methods are applicable.
2. The product should be stored in a ventilated and cool warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight. The storage period is 12 months.
