It is a cement-based adhesive mainly composed of cement, sand, cellulose ether, latex powder, and other additives. It has strong bonding strength and anti-sagging performance and is used for bonding decorative materials such as ceramic tiles, facing tiles, and floor tiles.

Product Features
High bonding strength, no need to soak bricks or wet walls during construction, good flexibility, waterproof, anti-seepage, anti-cracking, excellent anti-aging properties, high temperature resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, easy construction.
Scope of Application
Suitable for indoor and outdoor floor and wall tile bonding.
Construction Points
1. Ensure that the construction base is clean, flat, and free of oil stains and loose materials.
2. Mixing tile adhesive: Pour the tile adhesive into a clean mixing bucket, add clean water according to a powder-water ratio of 1:0.25, and use an electric mixer to mix evenly until the tile adhesive is uniform and free of particles.
3. Applying tile adhesive: Use a notched trowel to evenly apply the mixed tile adhesive to the construction base. The notched design of the trowel helps to form a uniform adhesive layer thickness, ensuring the flatness and firmness of the tile bonding.
4. Tiling: Place the tile on the applied tile adhesive and gently press it to ensure close contact with the base. When tiling, pay attention to the spacing between the tiles, usually 2-3 mm, for subsequent grouting.
5. Adjustment and fixing: Use a level to adjust and ensure that the tiles are flat and level. Then, gently tap the tiles with a rubber hammer to make them more stable.
6. Before the tile adhesive initial sets, minor adjustments can be made to ensure the accurate position and angle of the tiles.
7. Grouting: After the tile adhesive is completely dry, use grout to evenly fill the gaps between the tiles, ensuring that the grout is fully filled and the surface is flat. The color of the grout should match the color of the tiles to ensure a beautiful overall effect.
Precautions
1. Cannot be thick-applied: Porcelain tiles have low water absorption; the thin-application method should be used, and the thickness of the application layer should only be 2-6 mm.
2. Cannot add cement: Tile adhesive needs to be mixed with water according to the product requirements and proportions; cement or other materials cannot be added, otherwise it will affect the bonding effect.
3. Cannot be used for grouting: Tile adhesive and grout are two different building materials; the former requires strong bonding strength, while the latter requires flexibility, waterproofness, and alkali resistance.
4. Cannot be left for a long time: The mixed tile adhesive should be used within the specified time to ensure its optimal bonding effect.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, different types and specifications of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Protect from sun exposure, rain, freezing, and dampness. Prevent damage and moisture damage to the packaging; dust prevention measures should be taken; they should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place, with top and bottom padding to prevent rainwater from soaking and dampness, and avoid stacking more than 10 layers, otherwise, the product may be squeezed and agglomerated, affecting its use. The storage temperature is 5℃～35℃;
2. Under normal storage and transportation conditions with unopened packaging, the shelf life of the product is 12 months.
