It is an effective penetrating protective liquid composed of a variety of high-performance organosilicon solutes.
Product Features
This product is a transparent liquid. After being brushed or sprayed on cement-based materials or stone surfaces, it makes the surface exhibit better superhydrophobic properties, with good waterproof, anti-seepage, and breathable properties without affecting the original appearance of the substrate and tile surface. This product can penetrate into the interior of the cement-based material or stone matrix to react, making it durable and effective.
Scope of Application
1. Suitable for waterproof repair without removing tiles in case of water leakage in indoor areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and enclosed balconies,
2. Suitable for waterproof treatment of loose materials on concrete surfaces, cement mortar surfaces, and interior wall tiles,
Construction Points
1. Clean the water leakage areas, sanitary ware joints, and tile seams,
2. Dry the gaps and tile seams with a dryer.
3. Fill the gaps and tile seams with grouting materials (such as caulking agent, cement mortar, slow-setting sealant), and make sure the grouting material is dry before brushing or spraying the waterproof agent without removing the tiles.
4. The second application (brushing or spraying) can be carried out 2 hours after the first application is completed. The number of applications should be no less than two.
5. After the waterproof agent without removing tiles is completely dry, the kitchen and bathroom can be used normally after 12 hours.
Precautions
1. The construction temperature is 5℃～30℃. Keep the construction environment well-ventilated and avoid construction in a humid environment with a relative humidity greater than 75%;
2. The mixed paint should be used up within 20 minutes. The amount of each batch should not be too large, and it should be mixed and used immediately;
3. Before construction, clean the tile surface with a cleaning agent, rinse with clean water, and it is recommended to stop using it for 24 hours to keep the base dry, oil-free, dust-free, and free of debris;
4. During construction, pay attention to protecting the waterproof coating from damage; do not step on or get it wet before the coating is completely dry;
5. This product is not recommended for use in areas with direct sunlight.
Transportation and Storage
1. During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun exposure and rain. Do not store near fire sources. The storage temperature is 5℃～35℃.
2. Prevent tilting or horizontal pressure during transportation. Cover with burlap if necessary.
3. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is six months from the date of production.
