This is a two-component, water-based waterproof coating composed of high-quality acrylic emulsion and various additives as the organic liquid material, and special cement and various fillers as the inorganic powder material, formulated in a certain proportion. When brushed onto the substrate surface, it forms a flexible and high-strength waterproof coating after curing.

Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, etc.; also suitable for back-surface seepage and moisture-proofing treatment in basements and exterior walls.
Construction Points
1. Mixing: Mix one bag of liquid material with one bag of powder material. First pour the liquid material into the mixing bucket, and while stirring, slowly add the powder material. Use an electric mixer to stir until uniform and lump-free;
2. To improve the construction effect, an appropriate amount of water can be added to this product. The total amount of water added to the entire bucket should not exceed 500ml;
3. Detailed Node Treatment: Before brushing the large surface, the water leakage-prone parts such as floor drains, yin and yang corners, and pipe roots should be treated with a sealant to strengthen the arc (diameter of about 20mm, ensuring it does not affect the later tiling), and then use the waterproof coating for node brushing;
4. Large-area brushing: The waterproof coating should be brushed two to three times. Each coating should be dried before the next process can be carried out. The time interval is 3-6 hours (judged by hand touch without stickiness). In low-temperature or humid environments, the drying time should be extended appropriately. The thickness of the waterproof coating should be 1.5-2.0mm. During construction, a "cross" brushing method should be used; the water closure test can only be carried out after the coating is completely dry, and the water closure time should not exceed 48 hours.
Precautions
1. The construction temperature is 5℃～35℃. Keep the construction environment well-ventilated and avoid construction in a humid environment with a relative humidity greater than 85%;
2. During construction, pay attention to protecting the waterproof layer from damage;
3. The water test and acceptance can only be carried out after the coating is completely cured, and the finishing layer can only be constructed after passing the acceptance;
4. The mixed coating should be used up within 60 minutes. The amount of each batch should not be too large, and it should be mixed and used immediately. No additional water should be added to this product. During construction, intermittent stirring should be maintained to prevent sedimentation;
5. Apply thinly in multiple coats, ensuring uniform thickness to prevent cracking.
Transportation and Storage
During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun and rain, keep away from fire sources, prevent collisions, and ensure ventilation.
