Product Features
Products are divided into two categories according to components: single-component (S-type) and two-component (D-type).
Single-component (S-type): Composed of cement, fine aggregate, redispersible latex powder, and additives.
Two-component (D-type): Composed of powder (cement, fine aggregate, etc.) and liquid (polymer emulsion, additives, etc.).
Product Features
1. Good waterproof and anti-seepage effect; 2. High bonding strength, forming an integral whole with the structure; 3. Strong corrosion resistance; 4. Good resistance to high humidity, aging, and freezing;
5. The product is water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.
Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and anti-seepage in various building interior and exterior walls, roofs, kitchens and bathrooms, swimming pools, underground garages, and other projects.
Construction Points
1. Base surface treatment: The base surface must be firm, clean, flat, and free of water seepage. Before construction, the base surface should be moistened with clean water (moistened but without standing water).
2. Mixing: Before mixing, pour an appropriate amount of clean water into the mixing container (the amount of water is generally about 25% of the dry powder waterproof mortar), then pour in the dry powder waterproof mortar, and stir until a uniform, lump-free slurry is obtained before construction. Each batch of material should be used up within 30 minutes to 1 hour. The mixed slurry should be used promptly to avoid strong sunlight and rain.
3. Construction: Use a trowel to evenly apply the prepared mortar to the base layer. During application, compact and smooth the surface.
Transportation and Storage
1. This product is not flammable or explosive and can be transported by general transportation methods. During transportation, it should be protected from rain, exposure to the sun, freezing, and packaging damage.
2. The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place. The storage temperature of the liquid component should not be lower than 5℃.
3. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of the product is at least six months from the date of production.
