Product Classification

Product Features

Scope of Application
Used for partial or large-area repair of concrete surfaces, including honeycomb, rough surface, protection layer damage, exposed reinforcement, etc., caused by wear, freeze-thaw damage, chemical corrosion, steel bar rust, fire, etc. It can also be used to repair leveling layer defects during the renovation of existing building roofs.
Construction Points
1. Base Layer Treatment: The surface of the base layer should be clean, dust-free, oil-free, and free of residual chemical corrosive media. The surface of porous materials should be pre-wetted with water.
2. Material Preparation:
2.1 Mix according to the manufacturer's instructions, gradually adding the powder while stirring, and stir until a uniform, lump-free paste is formed.
2.2 Mechanical stirring or manual mixing can be used. The prepared paste should be used up within 2-3 hours.
3. Construction and Maintenance:
3.1 When using repair mortar as a whole surface layer, the thickness should not be less than 3mm. When the construction area is large, construction joints should be left or the construction should be staggered. Each area should not exceed 10-15㎡, depending on the site environment. The interval time for joint repair or staggered construction should not be less than 24h.
3.2 When making a whole surface layer on the facade of concrete or masonry structures and the surface of steel structures, it should be carried out in two steps, with an interval of not less than 24h between each step. When the final troweling is carried out, it should be troweled flat at once, and should not be repeatedly pressed.
Precautions
1. The ambient temperature for the construction of this product is 10℃～30℃, and should not be lower than 5℃. Raw materials should not be damp, rained on, exposed to the sun, or contaminated by debris.
2. This product is not suitable for construction in rainy or freezing weather. If it must be constructed in winter, necessary antifreeze measures should be taken. This product should be used immediately after mixing, and too much material should not be mixed at once, and each batch of mixing should be used up within 2-3 hours.
Transportation and Storage
Different types and specifications of products should be stacked separately, and should not be mixed, to avoid sun and rain, prevent collisions, and pay attention to ventilation. The powder components must be stored dry, and the liquid components should be stored in an environment of 5℃～30℃.
