Product Features
1. It has a certain strength and good elasticity, which can effectively solve water leakage and re-leakage caused by deformation, expansion joints, and other structural cracks.
2. It can quickly cure when encountering water, the curing process is not sensitive to temperature, and there is no shrinkage afterwards, maintaining long-term stability.
3. It has excellent bonding performance, waterproof performance, chemical corrosion resistance, and is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
4. Single-component, ready-to-use, no need for mixing, construction at room temperature, simple operation, and no special equipment required.
Scope of Application
Suitable for building construction, public buildings, civil engineering projects, underground engineering, subways, tunnels, pipe galleries, and all concrete structural joints and structural cracks that require grouting and sealing for leakage.
Construction Points
1. Drill holes at 45° on both sides of the crack, and the drilling depth should pass through the crack;
2. Clean the crack, remove debris around and in the crack to ensure that the gap is clean and free of foreign objects and dust; pre-embed the grouting needle, with a spacing of 10cm～15cm, and add a grouting needle at the intersection of cracks at a 45° angle;
3. Grout for waterproofing and reinforcement, and continue pressing for 2～3 seconds after the next grouting needle starts to extrude grout.
4. After the crack extrudes grout, clean it with a spatula immediately, and remove the nails the next day. Larger needle holes need to be sealed with a sealant;
Precautions
1. This product is a single-component product. Please shake well before opening and using. After pouring out the required amount, please immediately close the lid and seal it to prevent the material in the bucket from getting damp. Please use it up as soon as possible after opening;
2. For small cracks, the problem can be solved by reducing the concentration to increase the fluidity of the grouting polyurea, such as adding an appropriate amount of environmentally friendly solvent and stirring evenly;
3. To ensure the sealing effect, it is recommended to grout using a combination of oblique holes and straight holes (through holes) along the crack, paying attention to the hole spacing and angle. It is best to blow out the ash slag in the hole, and ensure that the entire crack extrudes grout for un-grooved cracks. For grooved cracks, the drainage pipes of construction joints and deformation joints must all extrude grout, and the grouting must be full to avoid incomplete grouting leading to leakage later.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, different types and specifications of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun exposure and rain, prevent collisions, prevent proximity to fire sources, and pay attention to ventilation. The storage temperature should be 5℃～35℃.
2. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
