It is a functional material that can quickly stop water and block leaks. It utilizes the characteristic of isocyanate groups in polyurethane prepolymers reacting with water to release carbon dioxide. When the sealant is injected into the leaking area, the material reacts rapidly with water to form a solidified body, thus reducing or stopping the leak.
Product Features
1. This product is a two-component polyurethane grouting and leak-stopping material, consisting of a main agent and a promoter.
2. The slurry reacts rapidly and foams upon contact with water.
3. The reaction time can be adjusted by the amount of promoter used, generally controllable within tens of seconds to several minutes of curing.
4. High foaming rate, the free foaming rate can reach 40 to 60 times.
5. The solidified body has good impermeability, maintains its original shape permanently in water, and has low-temperature resistance.
6. It has strong adaptability to water quality.

Product Usage Precautions
1. The product should be transported as a general chemical product. During transportation, it should be protected from sun and rain, and fire should be strictly prohibited. Pay attention to fire safety, prevent falling and collision, and keep the packaging intact.
2. It should be stored in a sealed warehouse, keeping the warehouse dry, ventilated, and cool, avoiding sun and rain, and avoiding long-term exposure to air. Contact with water is strictly prohibited.
3. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product warranty period is 6 months from the date of production.
4. Keep the construction site ventilated, pay attention to fire prevention, and strictly prohibit any open flames.
