Water-soluble polyurethane grouting material is a single-component, low-viscosity, hydrophilic grouting material. After contacting water, the slurry can self-emulsify and quickly gel. The solidified body can expand when encountering water, with the dual functions of elastic water stop and water stop by water.

Scope of Application
Suitable for water stop treatment of active joints under long-term water environment, seepage prevention treatment of deformed non-structural cracks, and rapid sealing of water leakage (gushing) parts of concrete/rock/soil, etc.
Construction Points
◆ Check the water leakage area, clean up debris, confirm the crack, and then drill holes and install grouting nozzles.
◆ Use a single-component high-pressure grouting machine for construction. Start from the first grouting nozzle from low to high, gradually increase the pressure. When slurry appears in adjacent holes, move to the adjacent hole and continue grouting;
◆ After the first grouting is completed, return to the first grouting nozzle and grout again;
◆ After 72 hours, check the seepage area for water leakage. If there is no water, remove the exposed grouting nozzle, and seal and smooth the base surface with epoxy mortar or sealant 2.
Transportation and Storage
1. The product is transported as a general chemical product. During transportation, it should be protected from sun and rain, and fire is strictly prohibited. Pay attention to fire safety, prevent falling and collision, and keep the packaging intact.
2. It should be stored in a sealed warehouse, keeping the warehouse dry, ventilated, and cool, avoiding sun and rain, and avoiding long-term exposure to air. Contact with water is strictly prohibited.
3. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product warranty period is 6 months from the date of production.
4. Keep the construction site ventilated, pay attention to fire prevention, and strictly prohibit any fire source.
