Product Features
High bonding strength, no need to soak bricks or wet walls during construction, good flexibility, waterproof, anti-seepage, crack-resistant, excellent anti-aging properties, high-temperature resistant, freeze-thaw resistant, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, easy construction.
Scope of Application
Suitable for indoor and outdoor floor and wall tile bonding.
Construction Points
◆ Ensure the construction surface is clean, flat, free of oil stains and loose materials.
◆ Mixing tile adhesive: Pour the tile adhesive into a clean mixing bucket, add clean water according to a powder-to-water ratio of 1:0.25, and use an electric mixer to mix evenly until the tile adhesive is uniform and free of granules.
◆ Applying tile adhesive: Use a notched trowel to evenly apply the mixed tile adhesive to the construction surface. The notched design of the trowel helps to form a uniform adhesive layer thickness, ensuring the flatness and firmness of the tile adhesion.
◆ Tiling: Place the tile on the applied tile adhesive, gently press it to ensure close contact with the base surface. When tiling, pay attention to the spacing between tiles, usually 2-3 mm, for subsequent grouting.
◆ Adjustment and fixing: Use a level to adjust and ensure the tiles are flat and level. Then, gently tap the tiles with a rubber mallet to make them more secure.
◆ Minor adjustments can be made before the tile adhesive initial sets to ensure the position and angle of the tiles are accurate.
◆ Grouting: After the tile adhesive is completely dry, use grout to evenly fill the gaps between the tiles, ensuring that the grout is fully filled and the surface is flat. The color of the grout should match the color of the tiles to ensure a beautiful overall effect.
Precautions
◆ Avoid thick application: Full-body porcelain tiles have low water absorption; use a thin application method, with a thickness of only 2-6 mm.
◆ Do not add cement: Tile adhesive should be mixed with water according to the product requirements and proportions; do not add cement or other materials, as this will affect the bonding effect.
◆ Do not use for grouting: Tile adhesive and grout are two different building materials; the former requires strong bonding strength, while the latter requires flexibility, waterproofness, and alkali resistance.
◆ Do not leave for extended periods: The mixed tile adhesive should be used within the specified time to ensure its optimal bonding effect.
Transportation and Storage
◆ During transportation and storage, different types and specifications of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Prevent sun exposure, rain, freezing, and dampness. Pay attention to preventing damage and moisture damage to the packaging, and take dust prevention measures; store in a ventilated, cool, and dry place, taking measures such as covering the top and padding the bottom to prevent rainwater from soaking and dampness, and avoid stacking more than 10 layers, otherwise, the product may be squeezed and caked, affecting its use. The storage temperature is 5℃～35℃;
◆ The shelf life of the product is 12 months under unopened packaging and normal storage and transportation conditions.
