This is a new type of indoor tile grouting product that primarily uses aspartic polyurea as its raw material. It boasts excellent wear resistance and flexibility, vibrant colors, and superior weather resistance and UV protection. It can be used for extended periods in harsh indoor and outdoor environments (-50℃ ~ 100℃). It effectively solves the problems of dust accumulation, mildew growth, pollution, and discoloration in indoor gaps, making it easier to maintain a clean and safe indoor environment.

Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing, mildew proofing, and grouting of various indoor wall and floor tiles, as well as edge sealing and beautification of floor corners and other areas.
Construction Points
1. Cleaning of Gaps and Surface: Use tools such as a cleaning cone or scraper to pre-clean oil stains, loose materials, and other contaminants from the gaps. Use a brush to sweep and ensure that the tile gaps and surrounding areas are clean, dry, and free of dust, particles, oil stains, and loose materials;
2. Material Preparation and Installation: Cut the professional mixing tube according to the gap width. Before installing the mixing tube, use a glue gun to squeeze the tube until both A and B components are completely dispensed from the outlet. Then install the cut mixing tube to the outlet and use a high-quality, labor-saving grouting gun. To ensure the grouting agent is evenly mixed, discard the first 20-40cm of product from the mixing tube before proceeding with the grouting;
3. Gap Filling: It is recommended to wax or tape the sides of the gap before filling to protect them. When filling, hold the mixing tube at a 45° angle to the tile surface so that the grouting agent can fill the gap completely. Apply the material evenly to the gap with gentle force, controlling the force and frequency, and move the mixing tube evenly backward to ensure that the tile gap is filled evenly and completely;
4. Pressing Treatment: To ensure that the grouting agent is fully filled and forms a moderate arc after curing, use a special pressing steel ball or trowel to evenly apply force along the tile gap from one end to the other;
5. Cleaning: The grouting agent begins to harden on the surface after mixing for 1 hour. After 2-3 hours of grouting, the masking tape can be removed, or a cleaning scraper can be used to clean the semi-cured grouting agent from the tile surface.
Precautions
1. The grouting agent cures quickly, with an operation time of about 30 minutes. It is recommended that at least two people work together;
2. The ambient temperature during construction should be between 5℃ and 35℃. If the ambient temperature is below 5℃, soak the grouting agent in a grouting heating bag for 10 minutes before preheating before proceeding to the next step;
3. To ensure that the product is evenly mixed, each batch of grouting agent must use a new mixing tube. Discard 20-40cm of product before proceeding to the next step. Do not use a used mixing tube directly;
4. Pressing must be completed within 30 minutes after filling. In high summer temperatures, it should be completed within 10 minutes;
5. Unused product should have its mixer removed and the lid sealed within 15 minutes of opening;
6. This grouting material has strong adhesion. It is recommended to wax or tape the tiles before grouting.
Transportation and Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep warm below 5℃. Under normal storage conditions of 5℃～35℃, the shelf life of unopened products is 12 months.
