It is a single-component, neutral-curing, mildew-proof building waterproof sealant with high mildew-proof performance and good displacement resistance. It has excellent adhesion to most building materials without the need for a primer.

Product Features

Scope of Application
1. Suitable for most indoor and outdoor building materials, such as glass, aluminum profiles, stainless steel, ceramics, glazed ceramic surfaces, concrete, etc., for waterproof and mildew-proof sealing;
2. Widely used in shower rooms, sanitary ware, bathtubs, washbasins, sinks, toilets, bathroom countertops and basements, etc., where mildew-proof waterproofing and edge beautification are required.
Construction Points
1. Substrate treatment: The construction surface should be clean, hard, dry, free of grease and surface dirt;
2. Glue application protection: Paste masking tape on both sides of the glue application area for protection;
3. Glue application and filling: Cut the nozzle according to the required glue strip width and connect it to the outlet. The sealant should be in good contact with both sides of the gap to ensure that the sealant can fully fill the joint. The sealant should be higher than the substrate surface for later modification;
4. Finishing and trimming: Use a scraper to press the sealant in one direction to remove air bubbles and shape the sealant surface into a plane or arc. After finishing, remove the masking tape.
5. Maintenance: Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out after construction, and it can be cured within one day.
Precautions
1. Before use, ensure that the sealant is within the shelf life. After cutting the nozzle, please use it within half an hour. If the sealant at the nozzle outlet hardens, clean the hardened sealant before continuing to use;
2. This product cannot be used as a structural adhesive and is not suitable for bonding to the back of mirrors;
3. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water. If any discomfort occurs, seek medical attention immediately;
4. Insufficient ventilation or low humidity will slow down the curing speed;
5. Do not apply sealant to surfaces that have been treated with silicone sealant. The original sealant must be removed and polished.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation, prevent sun exposure, rain, impact, and squeezing of the packaging.
2. The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place. The suitable storage temperature should not exceed 27℃.
3. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is at least six months from the date of production.
