    Product Features

    Due to its excellent weather resistance, adhesion, and sealing performance, silane-modified sealant has excellent adhesion, weather resistance, and anti-aging ability. At the same time, the curing time of silane-modified sealant is shorter, allowing for rapid curing and sealing.

    Construction Points

    1. Substrate Treatment: The construction surface should be clean, hard, dry, free of grease and surface dirt;

    2. Application Protection: Apply masking tape to both sides of the application area for protection;

    3. Application and Filling: Cut the nozzle according to the required sealant width and connect it to the outlet. The sealant must make good contact with both sides of the gap to ensure that the sealant completely fills the joint. The sealant should be higher than the substrate surface for later finishing;

    4. Finishing: Use a scraper to press the sealant in one direction to remove air bubbles and shape the surface into a plane or curve. Remove the masking tape after finishing.

    5. Curing: Cleaning and curing should be performed after construction. It can cure within one day.

    Precautions

    1. Ensure the sealant is within its shelf life before use. After cutting the nozzle, please use it within half an hour. If the sealant at the nozzle outlet hardens, clean the hardened sealant before continuing to use;

    2. This product cannot be used as a structural adhesive and is not suitable for bonding to the back of mirrors;

    3. If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If any discomfort occurs, seek medical attention immediately;

    4. Insufficient ventilation or low humidity will slow down the curing speed;

    5. Do not apply sealant to surfaces that have already been treated with silicone sealant. The original sealant must be removed and sanded.

    Transportation and Storage

    1. During transportation, protect from sun, rain, impact, and compression of the packaging. The product should be transported as non-hazardous goods.

    2. The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place. The storage temperature should not exceed 27℃.

    3. The shelf life of the product is at least 6 months from the date of production.
