This is a high-tech, environmentally friendly, non-toxic polycarbonate active silica. When sprayed onto the concrete surface, it reacts chemically with the free alkali in the concrete to form a stable, vine-like crystalline gel. This effectively blocks the capillary pores within the concrete, giving the concrete structure a lasting waterproof function and better density and compressive strength. The penetration depth reaches 20-50mm, and it can also effectively prevent the erosion of concrete by acidic substances, oil stains, and engine oil.

Product Features
It is a single-component material that can be sprayed or brushed, and does not need to be compounded with any other materials. After spraying, it can extend the life of various paint layers on concrete by 3 times. It will not change or affect the color of the concrete or the color and structure of the paint on the cement surface. It can increase and enhance the surface density and hardness of concrete and cement. It can ensure uniform curing of the concrete and cement surface, without the need for a protective layer, preventing the occurrence of cracks, fine cracks, and local cracking. It is a new type of environmentally friendly material that is non-toxic, odorless, smokeless, non-flammable, and does not harm human skin. It can repair micro-cracks in concrete and cement. It is easy to operate, does not need to be diluted, and can be sprayed directly.
Scope of Application
The product is suitable for waterproofing various concrete walls, basements, and bathrooms in new and old industrial and civil buildings, as well as waterproofing for swimming pools, sports fields, roads, bridges, airports, dams, etc., as well as concrete protection, leak repair, and concrete component curing.
Construction Tools
1. It is advisable to use an agricultural pump sprayer or a small sprayer. Different tools can be used depending on the type of work undertaken.
2. For small or fine work, a hand-held compressed air sprayer can be used. A manual sprayer is an ideal tool for handling cracks, potholes, or small areas. For larger work surfaces such as concrete floors, platforms, and walls, a backpack sprayer can be used. Mechanical sprayers are used for large work sites such as tunnels, sports fields, roads, and airports.
Construction Points
1. Before spraying the interface penetrating waterproof liquid, the concrete surface must be cleaned to remove dust, laitance, dirt, and oil stains on the concrete. If there are cracks larger than 0.3mm on the concrete surface, the cracks need to be repaired first;
2. Before spraying the interface penetrating waterproof liquid, it should be thoroughly shaken until it foams; when spraying vertical walls, start from the bottom and ensure uniformity; for the second spraying, wait for the concrete surface to dry before proceeding, generally with an interval of 4-5 hours;
3. After spraying the second coat of interface penetrating waterproof liquid, spray water to cure every 4 hours.
4. The conventional spraying amount is 4-6 square meters/kg (depending on the quality of the construction surface);
5. The working environment temperature is between 4-35℃, and the relative humidity is between 10%-90%.
Precautions
Do not dilute with water during use; do not use for waterproofing and sealing of glass, glazed tiles, porcelain tiles, or tiles. If accidentally applied, rinse immediately with water; do not use for lightweight concrete made with lightweight aggregates such as slag, as it is porous and has insufficient alkali content; do not use glass containers or contact with aluminum materials to prevent damage or corrosion. If accidentally contacted with glass or aluminum materials, rinse immediately with water; the product should be stored in a sealed, cool area, avoiding direct sunlight; the product should be stored in the original sealed packaging bucket until use.
Transportation and Storage
1. The product should be stored in batches in a warehouse without direct sunlight, with an indoor temperature not lower than -5℃ and not higher than 45℃. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of the product is at least 12 months from the date of production.
2. This product is non-combustible and non-hazardous, and can be transported by general transportation methods. The outer packaging during transportation should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
