Scope of Application
Mainly used to treat concrete surfaces, solving problems such as poor bonding of surface layers, hollowing, cracking, and peeling of plaster layers caused by water absorption or smoothness of concrete surfaces. It significantly enhances the bonding strength between new and old concrete and between concrete and plaster mortar, replacing traditional chiseling processes, ensuring project quality, and accelerating construction progress.
Construction Points
1. Prepare tools and materials: concrete interface agent, gloves, cloth, stirrer, water.
2. Clean the surface: Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free of oil stains. If there are oil stains or dirt, clean them with an appropriate cleaning agent.
3. Stir the interface agent: Pour the concrete interface agent into the stirrer, add an appropriate amount of water according to the product instructions, and stir evenly.
4. Apply the interface agent: Use gloves to evenly apply the stirred interface agent to the concrete surface, ensuring even application without omissions.
5. Wait for drying: Wait for the concrete interface agent to dry according to the product instructions. Generally, it is necessary to wait for a certain period of time to ensure that it is completely cured.
Precautions
Construction should avoid rainy days or damp surfaces, and avoid contact of the interface agent with eyes or skin. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
Transportation and Storage
1. Different categories and models of products should be stored separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun and rain, keep away from fire sources, prevent collisions, and pay attention to ventilation.
2. Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, the interface agent should be stored in a dry room at 5℃～30℃.
