  • Product details
  • Bonded carbon fiber epoxy resin reinforcement materials, referred to as carbon fiber glue, are a type of epoxy resin glue and are the supporting bonding material for carbon fiber reinforcement technology. Its function is to ensure that the carbon fiber cloth and concrete are fully bonded, allowing them to withstand structural forces together.

    Implementation Standards

Meets the basic performance requirements for structural adhesives used in fiber composite materials with concrete as the substrate, as specified in Table 4.2.2-2 of the "Technical Code for Safety Performance Identification of Engineering Structural Reinforcement Materials" (GB50728-2011): Class I, Grade A

    Product Features

    1. Excellent compatibility with carbon fiber.

    2. Strong penetration, capable of effectively penetrating the concrete surface.

    3. Excellent aging resistance, water resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

    4. The cured adhesive layer exhibits excellent physical and mechanical properties, being strong, tough, and possessing a degree of elasticity.

    Usage Requirements

Usage: For carbon fiber bonding material (primer), 0.2-0.3kg per square meter of fiber cloth is required. For carbon fiber bonding material (adhesive), 0.6-0.9kg per square meter of fiber cloth is required.

    Transportation and Storage

    1. During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun exposure and rain, prevent collisions, prevent proximity to fire sources, and ensure ventilation. The storage temperature should be 5℃~40℃.

    2. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is at least 6 months from the date of production.
