Product Features
1. It has the properties of impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, salt resistance, alkali resistance, and weak acid corrosion resistance, and has strong bonding strength with various materials.
2. The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of concrete, so it is not easy to detach from the bonded substrates, and it has good durability.
3. It can be constructed on damp substrates without drying and can cure in damp environments or underwater.
4. Easy to operate and construct, similar to ordinary cement mortar construction, easy to clean, can be cleaned with water.
Scope of Application
Suitable for the repair of local or large-area cement concrete base layers during the waterproof repair of new and existing buildings.
Construction Points
1. Base layer treatment: The surface of the base layer should be clean, dust-free, oil-free, and free of residual chemical corrosive media. The surface of porous materials should be pre-wetted with water.
2. Material Preparation:
2.1 Mix according to the manufacturer's instructions, adding the powder slowly while stirring until a uniform, lump-free paste is formed.
2.2 Mechanical stirring or manual mixing can be used. The prepared paste should be used up within 2-3 hours.
3. Construction and Maintenance:
3.1 When using the repair mortar as a whole surface layer, the thickness should not be less than 3mm. When the construction area is large, construction joints should be left or the construction should be staggered. The area of each piece should not exceed
10-15㎡, depending on the site environment. The interval time for patching or staggered construction should not be less than 24h.
3.2 When making a whole surface layer on the facade of concrete or masonry structures and the surface of steel structures, it should be carried out in two stages, with an interval of not less than 24h between each stage. When performing the final troweling
the surface should be troweled smooth at once and should not be repeatedly pressed.
Precautions
1. The ambient temperature for the construction of this product is 10℃～30℃, and should not be lower than 5℃. Raw materials should not be damp, rained on, sun-exposed, or contaminated by debris.
2. This product should not be used in rainy or freezing weather. If it must be used in winter, necessary antifreeze measures should be taken. This product should be used as soon as it is mixed, and too much material should not be mixed at once, and
each batch should be used up within 2～3h.
Transportation and Storage
Different types and specifications of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed, avoiding sun exposure and rain, keeping away from fire sources, preventing collisions, and paying attention to ventilation. The powder components must be stored dry,
and the liquid components should be stored in an environment of 5℃～30℃.
