It is a rapid-setting waterproof and leak-stopping material composed of special cement and additives; it features rapid hardening, high strength, high impermeability, and good adhesion to the substrate; it is suitable for repairing cracks, grooves, and holes and can be used for moisture-proof, waterproof, and leak-stopping projects.

Product Features

Scope of Application
◆ Suitable for moisture-proof, waterproof, and leak-stopping projects in concrete buildings, structures, civil defense projects, subway tunnels, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies, etc.;
◆ Suitable for waterproof and leak-stopping repair projects in water and electricity conduits, leaking holes, wall holes, cracks, etc., on the water-facing or back-water side;
◆ Suitable for emergency repairs of underground corridors, trenches, dams, and infrastructure.
Construction Points
◆ Shelf life is one year unopened; it cannot be reused after it has absorbed moisture and caked.
◆ A large amount of water and low temperature will cause the setting time to be longer.
◆ When the construction temperature is below 10℃, warm water can be used for mixing.
◆ Do not mix too much material at one time; do not add water again after initial setting.
◆ Different construction temperatures and humidity will cause some fluctuation in the powder-water ratio.
Precautions
◆ The setting time may fluctuate due to different water usage and construction temperatures.
◆ After opening, to avoid affecting product performance, unused product should be resealed.
◆ This product is highly alkaline; take appropriate protective measures during construction.
Transportation and Storage
◆ The product is transported by general transportation methods. Protect from rain and damage to packaging during transportation. Strictly prevent moisture during storage.
◆ Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
