Product Features
1. It has a certain strength and good elasticity, which can effectively solve water leakage and repeated leakage caused by structural cracks such as deformation and expansion joints.
2. It can quickly solidify when encountering water, the solidification is not sensitive to temperature, and it does not shrink later, maintaining long-term stability.
3. It has excellent bonding performance, waterproof performance, chemical corrosion resistance, and is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
4. Single-component, ready-to-use in separate buckets, no need for ratio, construction at room temperature, simple operation, no special equipment required.
Construction Points
1. Drill holes at 45° on both sides of the crack, and the drilling depth needs to pass through the crack;
2. Clean the seam, clean the surrounding and the debris in the crack to ensure that the gap is clean and free of foreign objects and dust; pre-embed the grouting needle, with a spacing of 10cm～15cm, and add a grouting needle at the intersection of the cracks at a 45° angle;
3. Water stop and grouting reinforcement, continue pressing for 2～3 seconds after the next grouting needle emerges.
4. After the crack emerges, clean it with a spatula immediately, and remove the nail the next day. Larger needle holes need to be sealed with a leak-proof king to seal the needle holes;
Precautions
1. This product is a single-component product. Please shake well before opening and using. After pouring out the amount, please immediately cover the bucket lid and seal it to prevent the material in the bucket from getting damp. Please use it up as soon as possible after opening;
2. For small cracks, this can be solved by reducing the concentration to increase the fluidity of the grouting polyurea, such as adding an appropriate amount of environmentally friendly solvent and stirring evenly;
3. To ensure the effect of leak prevention, it is recommended to grout along the cracks by combining oblique holes and straight holes (riding seam holes), paying attention to the hole spacing and angle. It is best to blow out the ash slag in the holes, do not open the groove, the entire crack must emerge, and the drainage pipes of the construction seam and deformation seam should be completely filled. Be sure to ensure that the grouting is full to avoid insufficient grouting leading to later leakage.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun exposure and rain, prevent collisions, prevent proximity to fire sources, and pay attention to ventilation. The storage temperature should be 5℃～35℃.
2. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 9 months from the date of production.
