  • This is a composite cement-based waterproof coating made of high-quality materials such as silicate cement, quartz sand, and special active chemicals. It features high bonding strength and anti-seepage capabilities, particularly suitable for backwater waterproofing and anti-seepage blocking.

    Product Features

    1. Strong bonding strength and high-strength penetration (substrate) capability, improving anti-seepage and blocking effects;

    2. Specifically for seepage in basement concrete walls, brick walls, and slag block walls;

    3. Applicable to both the water-facing and backwater sides of structures such as mixed soil structures and brick walls;

    4. Can be applied to damp substrates (but not with flowing water), effectively resolving seepage walls, powdery surfaces;

    5. Water-based and environmentally friendly, without added formaldehyde, easy to use, and seamless application.

    Application Scope

    1. Waterproofing, seepage prevention, and leak repair on the backwater side of underground engineering main structures;

    2. Waterproofing, seepage prevention, and leak repair for roads, bridges, tunnels, and military engineering facilities;

    3. Waterproofing, seepage prevention, and leak repair for various water conservancy facilities such as swimming pools, sewage pools, dams, and reservoirs.

    Construction Points

    1. Surface Identification: Damp surfaces without flowing water can be directly applied; surfaces with flowing water require leak repair before application;

    2. Surface Cleaning: Remove surface finishes to the structural wall, clean the application surface (including wax, grease, paint, putty weathering, loose materials, mildew, moss, and algae);

    3. Surface Dampening: Dampen the surface to be applied with clean water to increase adhesion between the base layer and the waterproof layer;

    4. Material Preparation: When using backwater anti-seepage waterproof coating, add water according to the water-material ratio of (0.32~0.35):1, stir with an electric mixer for 5~7 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes, stir again for 3~5 minutes before use;

    5. Application: Apply with a brush or roller, in two coats with a 12-hour interval, brushing in crisscross directions;

    6. Material Consumption: Recommended thickness 1.2~1.5mm, 2.5~3kg per square meter for two coats.

    Precautions

    1. Mix as needed; prepared material must be used within 90 minutes and no additional water should be added;

    2. The substrate must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent debris from affecting the waterproof coating performance;

    3. For substrates with high water absorption, repeatedly brush with clean water to reduce water absorption. If the substrate remains highly absorbent, apply a primer;

    4. This product is suitable for use on stable structural substrates. For waterproof sealing of details such as pipe openings, expansion joints, and deformation joints, use a highly elastic waterproof material.

    Transportation and Storage

    1. Store in a dry indoor environment at 5℃~35℃, avoiding sun and rain, and preventing moisture;

    2. During storage and transportation, different types of products should be stored separately and not mixed.
