It is an excellent rigid, anti-seepage, inorganic waterproof material made from special cement as the base material, with the addition of active inorganic silicon mother liquor and other additives. Scope of Application
Suitable for new and old concrete, brick, slag block walls and floors, basements, tunnels, shafts, granaries, cellars, retaining walls, aquaculture ponds, swimming pools, landscape pools, sewage treatment pools, and other waterproof and moisture-proof projects on both the water and backwater sides.
Construction Points
1. Identify the surface: Damp surfaces without running water can be directly constructed; damp surfaces with running water need to be sealed before construction;
2. Clean the surface: Remove the surface decorative layer of the wall to the structural wall, and clean the construction surface (including wax, grease, paint, putty weathering, loose, moldy substances, moss and algae);
3. Moisten the surface: Moisten the surface to be constructed with clean water to increase the adhesion between the base waterproof layer;
4. Material preparation: When using backwater anti-seepage waterproof coating, add clean water according to the water-material ratio of (0.25～0.30):1, stir with an electric stirrer for 5～7 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes, and stir again for 3～5 minutes before use:
5. Coating construction: Use a brush or roller for coating construction. The construction is divided into two coatings, with a coating interval of 12 hours. The coating should be back and forth in a cross direction;
6. Product usage: The recommended thickness is 1.0 mm, and the amount of coating per square meter is about 1.5 kg for two coats.
Transportation and Storage
During storage and transportation, different types of products should be placed separately and should not be mixed, avoiding sun and rain, and preventing moisture.
