Product Features
It has excellent physical properties, excellent anti-seepage performance, excellent bonding performance with concrete, simple construction, safe, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and integrates leveling, waterproofing, anti-seepage and decoration.
Scope of Application
Basement elevator shafts, thin layer repair and restoration of damaged concrete and brick buildings, restoring the appearance and usability of buildings, anti-seepage and waterproofing of pools, tunnels, garages and other buildings.
Construction Points
1. Base layer treatment: Remove loose stones, oil stains and release agents, clean the concrete surface, ensure that the base layer is firm and clean; thoroughly wet the base layer with clean water, and apply the coating when the base layer is wet without standing water.
2. Mixing: Mix the coating, the water ratio is powder: water = 1: (0.17~0.19), first pour water into the mixing bucket, pour in an appropriate amount of powder, stir with an electric mixing gun for 3 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes, then stir for 2 minutes, until the slurry is mixed into a uniform state without lumps. Do not prepare too much mixture at one time, it is advisable to use it within 60 minutes.
3. Construction: Apply the mixed slurry to the base layer, the construction thickness should not be less than 1 mm at one time. The final thickness of the plaster layer should not be less than 2 mm.
4. Maintenance: In hot (temperature above 30℃) and dry climates, the solidified mortar needs to be watered after drying. In cold weather, warm water can be used to mix the mortar. Pay attention to mixing in small amounts and multiple times, and provide warm maintenance.
Precautions
1. Wear protective equipment during construction. If it touches the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
2. Avoid rainwater washing before the coating is completely dry and hardened, and avoid construction on icy or frosty substrates.
3. The working time of the coating is about 40~60min. Different construction temperatures and humidity will cause changes in the working time of the coating.
4. After the initial setting, the coating is prohibited from adding water and stirring for reuse.
5. The construction base must be firm, clean, and free of floating dust, oil stains, etc.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, different types of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun exposure and rain, prevent collisions, and pay attention to ventilation. The storage temperature is 5℃~35℃.
2. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
