Aerogel composite insulation board is a fully inorganic composite material made of micro- and nano-fiber powders. It boasts excellent thermal insulation and fire-retardant properties, achieving a Class A1 fire rating and is also environmentally friendly. This material achieves an effective combination of high-efficiency insulation and Class A fire resistance, making it widely used in the field of building insulation.
Core Technology
The core technology is based on the principle of microporous insulation, using glass fiber as the core material or aerogel as an additive, with an outer protective layer. This significantly improves the stability of the insulation material, offering 3 to 6 times better insulation performance than traditional insulation materials of the same thickness. Product safety/fire rating: Fire rating is Class A.
Features and Advantages
1. Excellent Insulation Performance: Aerogel is an ultra-low thermal conductivity material, with a thermal conductivity coefficient of only 0.012~0.018W/(m·K), equivalent to 1/2~1/3 that of traditional insulation materials. Therefore, aerogel composite insulation boards have excellent insulation performance.
2. Lightweight: Aerogel composite insulation boards have a very low density, generally below 120kg/m³, which is more than 50% lighter than traditional insulation materials, making them very convenient to use.

5. Color: Usually white, other colors are also available, such as gray, blue, etc.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, items should be stored separately, with intact packaging, avoiding sun exposure, rain, and pressure, and contact with harmful substances. The ambient temperature should be 5℃~35℃, and the ambient humidity should be 50%~70%.
2. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
