It is composed of epoxy resin and curing agent as the main components. It can be adjusted to different colors and is used for roofs and floors. It uses an integral polymer surface layer and has excellent properties such as acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, pressure resistance, impact resistance, mildew resistance, waterproofness, dustproofness, anti-skid, anti-static, and electromagnetic wave resistance. It also features bright and diverse colors and easy cleaning.
Construction Points
Ground preparation: First, ensure that the ground is clean, dust-free, dry, and oil-free. Thoroughly clean the ground using a dust-free sweeper and vacuum cleaner to ensure a smooth surface, with a water content of less than 6% and a PH value between 6 and 8.
Primer application: Use high-pressure airless spraying or roller coating to evenly apply the epoxy sealing primer to the ground. The main function of the primer is to enhance the adhesion and wear resistance of the floor. Application should be continuous to avoid omissions and ensure the surface is just saturated.
Intermediate coat application: After the primer has dried, apply the intermediate coat. The intermediate coat is mainly used to enhance the hardness and wear resistance of the floor. Mix the epoxy coating, quartz sand, and curing agent in the correct proportions, and then apply it evenly to the ground using a scraper or roller. Allow the intermediate coat to dry after application.
Topcoat application: Topcoat application is the final step in epoxy flooring, mainly providing an aesthetically pleasing and smooth surface. Apply the epoxy topcoat evenly to the ground. Spraying, rolling, or scraping can be used. Allow the topcoat to dry completely to achieve optimal gloss and hardness.
Maintenance: After construction, maintenance should be carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions to avoid damage to the floor due to premature use. The curing period is usually about 4 hours at 25℃.

Widely used in surface coatings for electronics factories, machinery manufacturing plants, hardware factories, pharmaceutical factories, automobile factories, hospitals, aerospace bases, laboratories, offices, supermarkets, paper mills, chemical plants, plastic processing plants, textile factories, tobacco factories, candy factories, breweries, beverage factories, meat processing plants, parking lots, etc.
Transportation and Storage
1. During transportation and storage, different types of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun and rain, prevent collisions, and ensure ventilation. The storage temperature is 5℃～35℃.
2. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
