The membrane uses a high-polymer composite material as its base, and a polymer-modified asphalt made with Jianguo Weiye's self-developed "Jianguo Anzhu" special basic blended asphalt and a special formula as its coating layer. Produced using advanced forming technology, it is a series of waterproof membranes with ultra-modern functional requirements, applicable to different parts, and designed to last the lifespan of the building. It is abbreviated as the WJG-1000 series. "Jianguo Anzhu" special basic blended asphalt: This is a basic blended asphalt developed by Jianguo Weiye based on the engineering mechanism of waterproofing and protection in building projects, using an ultimate state design method. Its characteristic is that it sets a design service life under "natural environment & specific usage", and within this lifespan, the composition of the asphalt during aging can always meet the basic functional requirements of waterproofing and protection.

    ◆ Impermeability is 1.5Mpa, impermeable for 120min, 5 times that of ordinary polymer modified asphalt waterproof membrane, far exceeding the standard of ordinary materials, with ultra-strong waterproof performance.

    ◆ Ultra-high seam peel strength, reaching 2.5N, far exceeding the standard requirement of 1.5N, effectively preventing the opening of lap joints.

    ◆ Seam impermeability is no less than 0.5Mpa, 120min, far exceeding the standard specification of 0.2Mpa, 30min impermeability, completely eliminating the possibility of water leakage.

    ◆ Seam shear strength can reach 1000N, effectively preventing the seam from being pulled open under external force.

    ◆ The maximum tensile strength of the material is not less than 1000N (the measured value is higher), far exceeding the tensile strength of conventional materials.

    Storage and Transportation

    ◆ When storing on-site, different types and specifications of products should be stored separately and should not be mixed.

    ◆ Avoid sun and rain, pay attention to ventilation, and keep away from fire sources.

    ◆ The storage temperature should not exceed 45℃. When the rolls are laid flat, the stacking height should not exceed five layers, and when they are placed upright, they should be stacked in a single layer.

    ◆ When the on-site storage time is long, cover with tarpaulins or other shielding measures. If conditions permit, store directly in a warehouse.

    ◆ Determine the material storage location in advance to reduce secondary handling. During handling, handle with care to avoid material damage.

    ◆ The storage period is at least 1 year from the date of manufacture.
