HCS-1000 cross-film reactive self-adhesive waterproof membrane is a new type of waterproof material developed by Jianguo Weiye. It uses a high-strength cross-film produced with cutting-edge technology and special processes as the surface layer or core material, and is a waterproof membrane with a single-sided or double-sided composite reactive polymer modified asphalt self-adhesive, with a release film covering the self-adhesive surface.

◆ High-strength cross-film is a specially made cross-laminated high-density polyethylene film with high strength, tear resistance, puncture resistance, uniform longitudinal and transverse stress, and less influence from environmental changes, resulting in good stability. Combined with reactive self-adhesive, it's a powerful combination, like adding a permanent armor to the building structure.
◆ Reactive bonding technology has a unique bonding mechanism. It can react and bond with the cement gel in concrete or cement mortar through the coordinated action of chemical cross-linking and physical mortise and tenon, forming an all-round, firmly bonded, and reliable waterproof layer. The bonding of the reactive self-adhesive to the concrete structure and substrate is like flesh and blood, inseparable, preventing water seepage.
◆ Through the synergistic effect of chemical cross-linking and physical mortise and tenon, an "interpenetrating network" interface structure is formed between the waterproof membrane and the concrete, achieving a tight, firm, and irreversible flesh-and-blood bonding effect. This completely solves the problems of insufficient bonding strength, short bonding life, and susceptibility to environmental influences of modified asphalt membranes. It achieves an irreversible, undamaged, integrated waterproof structural layer formed by the membrane and the substrate, perfectly realizing the "skin-like" waterproof concept.
