This is a high-performance polymer waterproof membrane specifically designed for metal roofs. It uses a PVDF composite film as a surface enhancing material, covered with a butyl rubber self-adhesive layer and a separating layer.

Product Features
1.Good aging stability: The fluorocarbon film has excellent UV resistance and aging resistance.
2.No discoloration, self-cleaning: The fluorocarbon film will not discolor even after more than 20 years of outdoor use and has self-cleaning function.
3.Good high and low temperature performance: It does not flow, bubble, or slip at high temperatures; it does not crack at low temperatures.
4.Durable: Butyl rubber has excellent durability and will not chalk even after long-term use.
5.Good water resistance: It has extremely strong water resistance and can remain waterproof even under high pressure.
6.High sealing performance: Butyl rubber has good airtightness and can achieve 100% full adhesion with the base layer without water seepage.
7.Easy construction: It has extremely strong flexibility and is easy to construct even at low temperatures.
Scope of Application
This membrane can be laid on the base surface using a dry laying process to form a "skin-like" waterproof protection. It has stable and non-discoloring properties for outdoor applications, self-repairing capabilities for damage, and shock absorption effects. It is especially suitable for waterproof applications on exposed light steel structure color steel sheet roofs.

Transportation and Storage
1.During transportation and storage, different types and specifications of products should be stored separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun and rain, ensure ventilation, and keep away from fire sources. The storage temperature should not exceed 45℃. When storing flat, the stacking height should not exceed five layers. When storing upright, only single-layer stacking is allowed.
2.Prevent tilting or side pressure during transportation. Cover with tarpaulin if necessary.
3.Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is one year from the date of production.
